Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the P77 India website (p77-in.net) and the P77 India mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by P77 India ("P77", "we", "us" or "our"). By registering an account, downloading the app, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in the "Changes to Terms" section below.

Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are residents of India, and only in states and territories where participation in real-money gaming is permitted by law. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, lawful entertainment only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P77 India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including losses resulting from network failures, service interruptions, or player error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
